Banjarmasin-Barokah Mulia Technology Service Post (Posyantek), Giri Mulya Village, Kuranji District, Tanah Bumbu Regency, succeeded in winning the title of 1st Place in the Appropriate Technology Competition (TTG) at the South Kalimantan Province level which was held by the Provincial Community and Village Empowerment Service (PMD). South Kalimantan, 6-8 March 2024.

Posyantek Barokah Mulia brings innovation in the form of the Fifth Generation TCM TB Micro Filter created by Mistai. The previous generation TCM TB Micro Filter has also succeeded in winning innovation competitions in the health sector several times.

This tool is a fifth generation medical tool used to take sputum samples for TB testing. This tool is claimed to be able to reduce TB detection machine errors to 0%. By eliminating errors in TB detection machines, each community health center in Tanah Bumbu Regency can save up to IDR 7,572,000/year.

The Editorial Team of the Talk & Share Channel of the Training and Empowerment Center for Village Communities, Disadvantaged Areas and Transmigration on 21/3/2024 managed to meet Mistai at Posyantek Barokah Mulia and chatted about the tool he found.
