ABSTRACT


This study aims to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats as well as the best management strategy for Indra Bambu Tigawasa handicraft MSMEs. The approach used to determine the position of Indra Bambu Tigawasa's handicraft business is SWOT analysis, which the results are summarized in the External Factors Analysis Summary (EFAS) Table and Internal Factors Analysis Summary (IFAS) Table. The results showed that the weight value of the Internal Factors Analysis Summary (IFAS) matrix was 2,803 (weak position) and the External Factors Analysis Summary (EFAS) was 2,852 (mid position). In the Internal External (IE) matrix, the strategy that must be implemented is hold and maintain.
