Jakarta - Minister of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration (Mendes PDTT) Abdul Halim Iskandar reminded Kemendes PDTT employees to always be grateful for the health they feel. On the other hand, he invited employees to empathize with those affected by the pandemic.
This was conveyed by Halim Iskandar while leading the morning assembly and virtual prayer together. He explained that gratitude can be manifested through words and actions to remain productive in carrying out responsibilities and mandates even though they can only do activities from home.
Gus Halim, as he is familiarly called, explains the form of empathy that must be carried out by all employees within the Ministry of Villages, PDTT.
"As the President of the Republic of Indonesia has repeatedly said to all of us that today the atmosphere of our nation is in a very difficult situation. Therefore, our empathy for the conditions that we are experiencing together today must really be built," said Halim Iskandar was quoted in a written statement, Monday (19/7/2021).
"For ASN and for all of us, empathy is not only manifested in the attitude and behavior of helping and helping those around us and our brothers and sisters, our colleagues. But we also manifest it in the form of maximally carrying out the duties and mandates given to us all," added the man who received the title of Doctor Honoris Causa from UNY.
Also present at the Joint Prayer, Deputy Mendes PDTT Budi Arie Setiadi, Secretary General of the Ministry of Villages PDTT Taufik Madjid, Primary High Leaders and all staff of the Kemendes PDTT. The morning apple every Monday is a mandatory activity carried out by all leaders and staff within the Kemendes PDTT environment.
