The training was held for 6 (six) days or the equivalent of 48 hours of training, starting from 14 to 19 November 2022. The training participants totaled 30 people from 10 villages in the Lamandau District, Central Kalimantan Province. The training materials are in accordance with the learning materials for the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises issued by the Research and Development, Education and Training and Information Agency (Balilatfo), Ministry of Villages PDTT. The learning method applied by the training team during the training is the andragogy methodology or adult education process (POD). Implementation of the concept above, with the consideration that all trainees already have experience, both life experience and work experience and learning experience.


The opening ceremony for the training was held on November 14 2022 in the Belantikan Raya District Office Hall. The event was officially opened by the Secretary of the Subdistrict Head of Belantikan Raya, Lamandau Regency, Central Kalimantan Province, Mr. Andreas, S.Pd.Si


  The invited guests present at the opening ceremony were:


  1. Head of Village Community Empowerment Service, Lamandau Regency, Central Kalimantan Province or a representative;
  2. P3MD Lamandau District, Central Kalimantan Province;
  3. Trainer team, executive committee, invited guests, and training participants.


Learning starts from Monday, namely group dynamics, pre-test, government policy and BUMDesa/BUMDesa Bersama Institutionalization. On Tuesday, that is the continuation of the institutionalization of BUMDesa/BUMDesa Together, followed by BUMDesa Management. On Wednesday, which is the continuation of BUMDesa Management material. On Thursday, namely the continuation of BUMDesa Management material and the BUMDesa Financial Management System. On Friday, namely the BUMDesa Financial Management System. The last day, Saturday, is filled with material for Development, Supervision and Reporting of BUMDesa, RKTL, post test and implementation evaluation.


This event was officially closed by the Coordinator of the Training and Empowerment Center for Training and Empowerment of Village Communities, Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration of Banjarmasin, Ms. Diah Novitasari, SP. MP. As for his remarks, he said that BUMDes can now become legal entities after going through the registration process in accordance with Village Ministerial Regulation PDTT No. 3 of 2021 concerning Registration, Data Collection and Ranking, Guidance and Development, and Procurement of Goods and Services for BUM Desa/BUM Desa together. In addition, data were collected on the type of business, turnover, asset value and objective condition of the BUM Desa through the Village Information System (SID).
