The training was held for 6 (six) days or the equivalent of 48 hours of training, starting from 14 to 19 November 2022. The training participants totaled 30 people from 10 villages in the Pulang Pisau Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. The training materials are in accordance with the learning materials for the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises issued by the Research and Development, Education and Training and Information Agency (Balilatfo), Ministry of Villages PDTT. The learning method applied by the training team during the training is the andragogy methodology or adult education process (POD). Implementation of the concept above, with the consideration that all trainees already have experience, both life experience and work experience and learning experience.
The opening ceremony for the training was held on 14 November 2022 at the Training and Empowerment Center for Village Communities, Disadvantaged Areas and Transmigration in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan Province. The event was officially opened by Mr. Budi Rustanto, as head of the Training and Empowerment Center for Village Communities, Disadvantaged Areas and Transmigration in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan Province.
The invited guests present at the opening ceremony were:
- Head of Public and Personnel Subdivision, Community and Village Empowerment Service of Pulang Pisau Regency, Mrs. Yuke Yulianti
- Head of Administrative Subdivision, Training and Empowerment Center for Village Communities, Disadvantaged Regions and Banjamasin Transmigration, Mr. Ary Fachruriza.
- Trainer team, executive committee, invited guests, and training participants.
Learning starts from Monday, namely group dynamics, pre-test, government policy and BUMDesa/BUMDesa Bersama Institutionalization. On Tuesday, that is the continuation of the institutionalization of BUMDesa/BUMDesa Together, followed by BUMDesa Management. On Wednesday, which is the continuation of BUMDesa Management material. On Thursday, namely the continuation of BUMDesa Management material and the BUMDesa Financial Management System. On Friday, namely the BUMDesa Financial Management System. The last day, Saturday, is filled with material for Development, Supervision and Reporting of BUMDesa, RKTL, post test and implementation evaluation.
This event was officially closed by the head of the Banjarmasin Province Training and Empowerment Center for Village Communities, Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration, namely Mr. Budi Rustanto. As for in his remarks he said that government policies related to BUM Desa include PP No. 11 of 2021 that BUM Desa can now have a legal entity after going through the registration process according to the Regulation of the Minister of Village PDTT No. 3 of 2021 concerning Registration, Data Collection and Ranking, Guidance and Development, and Procurement of Goods and Services for BUM Desa/BUM Desa together.
